ORDER & SHIPPING
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our return policy allows you to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Return after this period will not be accepted.
Please note, you cannot return sale items, unless the item is damaged upon arrival or during transportation.
WHICH ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for return. Final sale items, as well as items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for return.
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customercare@milaferit.com, to request a return authorization. They will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.
IS THERE A RETURN SHIPPING FEE?
The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer/buyer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return and issue a refund or exchange. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM?
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at customercare@milaferit.com, immediately. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and instructions on how to return the item for a refund or exchange.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to place an order:
1. Simply browse our online store for items you like.
2. Click on the desired item to see more details such as size, color, price etc.
3. If you want to purchase the item, add it to your shopping chart and proceed to checkout.
4. Enter your shipping and payment information to complete your order.
5. You´ll receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.
6. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and anticipate its arrival.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Order confirmations should be sent to your email address just a few minutes after you have placed your order. In some cases, please take a quick look at any Trash/spam folders in your mail, as it could be sorted into those folders instead.
If you still haven´t receive an order confirmation and do not have an order number. You can contact us at customercare@milaferit.com and ask us to send you the order confirmation. Please leave your name and the email address you used to place your order, so we can easily help you out.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit cards) and Vipps for secure mobile payments. You can find more information about accepted payment methods during the checkout process.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order, pls email us at customercare@milaferit.comas soon as possible. If your order is already processed at the warehouse, we can´t cancel or change your order. Please wait to receive it, and then contact us for return.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR LOST?
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at customercare@milaferit.com for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
MY ORDER IS CANCELED, WHY?
Your order may be canceled for various reasons such as payment issues or shipping restrictions, but most commonly due to Out-Of-Stock items, or a warehouse error during packing.
We will do our best to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and will guide you to find another similar product, size, quality or color. The refund should appear back in your account within few working days.
