EXCHANGE & RETURNS
At Mila Ferit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges, subject to the following terms:
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within this period for a full refund (excluding shipping fees), provided they meet the conditions below:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items or final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@milaferit.com within 14 days of receiving your order to receive instructions for the return.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email us at customercare@milaferit.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

Prepare the Return: Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.

Ship the Return: Return the items to us using the return address provided in the instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned items and confirm their condition, we will process your refund within14 days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, and we do not offer free returns at this time, unless the fault is from our side.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges, but if you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you can return the item(s) you want to exchange and place a new order. The returned item(s) must meet the conditions outlined in our return policy.
To make the process smoother, we offer free delivery for your new order when exchanging items for a different size, color, or product. Simply place a new order for the correct item, and we'll waive the shipping cost for this replacement order.
Steps for Exchange:

Return the Original Item: Follow our return process to send the item you wish to exchange back to us. Be sure to contact us at customercare@milaferit.com to initiate the return.

Place a New Order: After you've returned the item, place a new order for the correct size, color, or product.
- Free Shipping: When your exchange is processed, you will receive free shipping for the replacement order.
Uncollected Packages
If a package is not collected within the specified time from the delivery carrier or post office, it will be returned to us. In such cases, a fee of NOK 250 (or 30 EUR) will apply to cover return shipping and handling costs. This fee will either be deducted from your refund or added to your invoice if there is an outstanding balance.
Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that any shipping fees or taxes paid during the purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at customercare@milaferit.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a refund or exchange. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to assist us in processing your claim.
Right of Withdrawal
For customers in the EU and EEA, the right of withdrawal allows you to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that this right does not apply to items that are on sale or final sale, or items that have been used, worn, or damaged.
