SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Norway.

We offer shipping through DHL and Profrakt, who work with the following carriers:

  • Bring

  • Postnord

  • DHL Express


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Please note that the prices displayed on www.milaferit.com do not at the moment include international customs duties, taxes, or other import charges that may apply to orders shipped outside of Norway. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time

  • Within Norway: Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery method and location.

  • International Orders: For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Typically, international orders are delivered within 5-10 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, holidays, and weather conditions.

Order Processing

  •  Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

 International Orders

  • For customers outside of Norway, all prices on www.milaferit.com are quoted in Norwegian Krone (NOK).

  • International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Mila Ferit is not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by customs processing.

Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected within the specified period by the delivery carrier or post office, it will be returned to us. If this happens, we will charge a fee of NOK 250 (or 30 EUR) to cover return shipping and handling costs. This fee will either be deducted from your return or added to your outstanding balance for unpaid invoices.

Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address and check your tracking information regularly to avoid uncollected packages.

Shipping Restrictions

  •  We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may have limited shipping options or longer delivery times.

  • We do not accept responsibility for packages that are delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website (e.g., Bring, Postnord, DHL Express).
