These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of SADOL AS's website, trading under the brand Mila Férit. By using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order. These Terms may be updated from time to time, so we encourage you to check for any updates before making a purchase. If you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page, please refrain from using the website.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer Notice:

  • “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refers to the person accessing or using this website.
  • “The Company”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refers to SADOL AS.
  • “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refers to both the Client and the Company.

 All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of providing services in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of services, in accordance with and subject to the laws of Norway.

License

Unless otherwise stated, SADOL AS and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights to the content on www.milaferit.com. This includes, but is not limited to, text, images, videos, designs, and logos. 

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the content on www.milaferit.com solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you any rights to modify, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of SADOL AS.

You may not:

Product Availability and Accuracy

We strive to ensure that all products listed on www.milaferit.com are available for purchase. However, we cannot guarantee that all items are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you by email.

While we make every effort to ensure that all information on the Website, including descriptions, images, colors and prices, is accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in your order (e.g., wrong price or availability), we will inform you and offer the option to complete the transaction at the correct price or cancel the order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices on www.milaferit.com are quoted in NOK (Norwegian Krone) and include VAT. At the moment, payments are processed in NOK, regardless of the customer's location. International customers are responsible for any additional currency conversion fees or fluctuations in exchange rates that may occur during the payment process.

 We accept the following payment methods:

  • Stripe: Credit/Debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
  • Vipps: Secure mobile payments (Norwegian customers only).
  • Klarna: Offers buy now, pay later options. 

By completing the purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount of the order in NOK. For international transactions, your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or adjust the final amount based on exchange rate fluctuations.

Note: If there is a payment error or if the price is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Shipping and Delivery

At Mila Ferit, we partner with Profrakt, a leading logistics provider in Norway and DHL, to ensure reliable and efficient shipping of your orders. Through Profrakt and DHL, we offer a variety of shipping options with trusted carriers to meet your needs.

Profrakt acts as a facilitator, working with top logistics companies to provide you with flexible and secure delivery solutions. By using Profrakt and DHL, we can offer delivery options from the following trusted carriers:

  • Bring: Reliable delivery service with a variety of shipping speeds, both for domestic and international orders.
  • PostNord: Efficient delivery service with options for both standard and express shipping, suitable for international deliveries.
  • DHL Express: Fast and premium shipping service, ideal for urgent or time-sensitive deliveries, both domestically and internationally.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically range from 2–5 business days within Norway. For international deliveries, shipping and delivery times may vary. 

In Norway, there isn’t a specific law that mandates a fixed number of days within which goods must be delivered. However, under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), the general rule is that a seller must deliver the goods within a reasonable time. For us, that time is set to maximum 14 days(mostly for international delivery). So if you do not receive your order within these14 days, please contact us at customercare@milaferit.com

Note: We are not responsible for items that are not collected from the post office or delivery point within the designated time frame. Any uncollected packages will be returned at your expense, and a fee of NOK 250 will be charged to cover the return shipping and handling costs. This fee will either be deducted from your return or added to your invoice for unpaid orders.

Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your products, as outlined by Norwegian consumer protection laws.

To return a product, please ensure the following:

  •  The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

To return a product, please contact us at customercare@milaferit.com for instructions. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Norwegian law, you have the right of withdrawal and can cancel your order without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. You must return the items within the 14 days after notifying us of your intent to withdraw from the purchase.

Certain products, such as sale items and final sale products, are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that you are fully satisfied with these items before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately at customercare@milaferit.com with your order number and photos or a video of the damage. We will guide you on how to return the faulty item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

The right to a refund or replacement for faulty goods is valid for 2 years from the date of delivery. Please note, the damage is not valid due to wear and tear or misuse.

We use secure payment systems (Stripe and Vipps) to ensure the safety of your financial information.
